Admission Closed for the A.Y. 2020-21

Due to tremendous response, issuance of Application form is now closed.

Parents seeking admission for Nursery to Std. 4th can fill up the slip available at the security office in school. You will be notified in case of availability of seats.

Admission are not open from Std. 5th onwards.

ADMISSION CRITERIA

  1. Issuing of application form does not confirm admission in any way.
  2. Admission will be given only if seats are available and if the applicant fall in the right age group.
  3. Admission is given randomly.
  4. List will be put up on the notice board for the applicants who are given admission.
  5. Selected parents will be informed via email / phone.
  6. Any intervention or pressure through any reference in the normal admission process will lead to immediate disqualification of the application.
  7. Please note that the School Management does not accept donation of any kind whatsoever. Neither does the Management authorize any person to do so. In case any person claims to secure a seat in our school through influence or consideration, please bring it to the notice of the school authorities for suitable action.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (Only if admission granted)

Nursery, Lower KG., Upper KG. and Grade 1: Original Birth Certificate.

Grade 2 onwards: Original School leaving certificate / Transfer certificate is mandatory before the child joins school (UDISE CODE / CBSE Affiliation No. is compulsory on the certificate).

In case you have not received the LC then, Bonafide certificate is to be submitted.

3 passport size latest photographs of the student.

Students belonging to SC/ST/OBC etc. must submit the relevant caste certificate.

Photocopy of:

1) Address proof (Latest Electricity Bill / Ration Card / Sale Deed).

2) Student’s Aadhar card.

3) Previous year’s report card.

ADMISSION TO GRADE DATE OF BIRTH
Nursery Should be born between 1-Jul-16 to 30-Jun-17
Lower K.G. Should be born between 1-Jul-15 to 30-Jun-16
Upper K.G. Should be born between 1-Jul-14 to 30-Jun-15
GRADE I Should be born between 1-Jan-13 to 30-Jun-14

 * Students belonging to OBC/ SC/ ST/ VJNT/ SBC/ Minority class should submit attested photocopy of Caste certificate, else caste will not be mentioned in our records.
