St. Lawrence Educational & Charitable Trust
An Educational mission aptly named St. Lawrence Educational & Charitable Trust was launched with a purpose of educating and reaching out to the economically weaker section of the society, on an extremely moderate scale by a group of young educational activists in the year 1989. The D’souza family initiated this Educational Institution under the guidance of Rev. Fr. Kenneth Mendes who was the parish priest of St. Lawrence Church.
The Institution which has completed more than 25 years of dedicated and invaluable service to the cause of education, has made spectacular progress under the guidance of its dynamic trustees who spared no efforts in their objectives of providing education at all levels for those seeking it. The progress made by the Trust is Clearly reflected in several directions such as teachers employed, students tutored, performance of students, infrastructural facilities provided etc. St. Lawrence Educational & Charitable Trust has been providing quality education from pre-primary to Jr. College level in the faculty of Science & Commerce.
